common questions about what our company offers
How can I pay for my rental?
All Seasons Rental-Hotsy accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and local checks for payment of rentals. If you would like us to bill you or your company, it is necessary to first establish a charge account (click here to fill out our credit application). Deposits are taken in cash, check or credit card.
When do I pay for my rental?
A credit card is needed on file for all rental reservations and payment is due at the time of rental equipment return.
Can I change or cancel a reservation once it's made?
You can feel free to change or cancel a reservation at any time with no charge to your card or account.
When does my rental time start and stop?
Your rental time starts when you leave the yard. Your time stops when the contract is checked in by your rental associate.
Am I charged for time out or time used?
Most of our rental equipment is charged for the time you have it out. Some of our larger equipment is metered and will be charged for the usage while out. On all metered equipment, a day is equivalent to 8 hours.
Do you sell the other supplies I need to complete my project?
For almost everything that we rent, if there is an accessory or product that goes with it, we sell it. We sell carbide blades, nails, staples, sandpaper, earplugs, gloves, and many more things. If you need it for you project along with your rental equipment, just ask your rental associate.
Do you deliver?
Yes, delivery is available and it is not included in the purchase price. There is a charge based on the particular order and the distance to be traveled. Please call us for a quote.
What are your labor charges?
Tool Repair - $50.00 / hour
Small Engine - $65.00 / hour
Hotsy Machines - $85.00 / hour
Other Pressure Washers - $95.00 / hour
